We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our award-winning team and work with a range of charity and not-for-profit clients.

Applicants must have experience at AM level (or equivalent, if in-house) and ideally have worked both in agency and with voluntary or public sector organisations. You’ll need excellent writing skills, a strong media track-record (both traditional and social), a tenacious approach to getting results, a solid understanding of issues-based communications and policy-driven influencing campaigns, project management expertise, and experience managing colleagues.

The role involves developing strategies and tactical plans, and delivering PR programmes, ranging from day-to-day media handling, to large-scale integrated campaigns. As well as handling and managing the delivery of agreed work, you’ll also get involved in developing new projects for existing clients and pitching for new business, so you’ll need strong presentation skills and plenty of fresh ideas. You’ll also need to be able to handle crisis communications, with the support of senior colleagues.

Salary: £30k-£33k depending on experience.
